Cancellations
Cancellations
before 2/15/07 will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. No refunds will
be made after 2/15/07. The event committee may modify
or shorten the event due to weather conditions. Entry fees are
not refundable due to event cancellation, nor are they transferable
to
another person or event.
Aid
Stations, Cutoff Times
There
are four aid stations along the route, at 12, 18, 29 and 38 km.
Food, drink, waxing supplies and first aid will be available
at each. Trained medical personnel will be present. The general
health of participants will be checked as they pass. Skiers may
be removed
from the event if medical personnel feel it is unsafe for them
to continue. To assure for timely completion of the event, skiers must pass
the aid stations by the following times:
First Aid Station (12 km): 10:45 a.m.
Second Aid Station (18 km): 11:30 a.m.
Third Aid Station (29 km): 1:00 p.m.
Official timing of the event will end at 4:00 p.m. 
Bib
Pickup at Great Glen Trails Outdoor Center base lodge
Saturday,
March 3 - 3:30-7:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 4 - 7:00-8:00 a.m.
*** Participants will be required to show a valid ID in order to
claim their bib. Participants may only pick up their bib.
Starting
Times
The
event starts at Great Glen Trails Outdoor Center, Route 16, Pinkham Notch.
50 and 25 km Timed classes and first-leg relay team skiers start at 8:20
a.m..
Skiers are asked to self-seed themselves according to projected finish times,
which will be posted in the start area. Non-timed skiers, 25 or 50 kms, start
anytime between 8:40-8:55 a.m.
